On December 19, 2023, OQ Technology and RoundSolutions GmbH signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a strategic partnership. The collaboration enables both companies to sell and promote each other's products and services, focusing on global 3GPP 5G NB-IoT connectivity for machines and devices in remote and rural areas. The partnership includes cross-marketing efforts, testing and integration of OQ modules and devices into joint solutions, and promoting these offerings in the DACH region. Early access to new products like the IO-GATE will also be provided.
